Dominic Skiing!

I had no intentions of getting Dominic on skis this year....but he had a different idea.

So, on Christmas, he was "gifted" borrowed skis and boots for the season.

Since this wasn't our first rodeo, we knew we needed to start small.

And while he did have fun at first on the driveway and subsequently the magic carpet, he caught wind of the fact that his friends were skiing on Chair 9, and he demanded to be taken to (what he deemed) "the heavy lift".

And we had a great season skiing on the heavy lift!

On one of the last few weekends of the season we decided to eat somewhere different than the base lodge, but that required taking Dom up Chair 2.  It just about killed my back, but we actually skied down Chair 2 several times!!!

At the beginning of the season, I never would have thought that we could possibly all be skiing together on Chair 2 all together!!!  In the words of one Sophia Claire, "WE DID IT!!!!"
