Easter Celebrations

For Easter this year, we did several age appropriate Easter Egg Hunts.  Sophia made one for Dominic in which he crawled around from egg to egg.  He did put a few in the basket as Sophia instructed, but mostly he liked shaking the eggs.

We had two ideas for hunts for Sophia this year, and we ended up doing both.  The first was an Skiing Easter Egg Gather.  It was SUPER fun.  Sophia skied awesome, and loved the hunt!  Greg even found this puff ball Easter bunny on the hill, and Sophia LOVED skiing for it.

The other idea we had was to do a treasure-type hunt for Sophia with clues at home.  She loved reading the clues herself and finding each egg.  She loved it so much that she spent the next hour making a hunt for me.  It was awesome, and I was surprised how well she planned it!

I posted a few of her clues below.  I find them hilariously creepy, both in style and substance.  For example, before reading each one think "I will be watching you..."
